On January 31,2018 a total lunar eclipse was observed in many parts of the Earth. Above picture was observed by the NASO( Nepal Astronomical Society) as seen from the Nagarkot, Nepal. During the period of this total lunar eclipse, the moon was very close to the earth making it as the super moon. And because of its appearance colored in red it is also named Super Blue Blood Moon. A total lunar eclipse takes place when the Earth comes between the Sun and the Moon and covers the Moon with its shadow.
