Live coverage of the spacecraft\u2019s launch and docking will air on NASA Television and the agency\u2019s\u00a0<a style=\"color: #000000\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/live\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?hl=en&amp;q=https:\/\/www.nasa.gov\/live&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1531061219748000&amp;usg=AFQjCNG54DnKcd5gs6kY9Jyi-9geyShVTg\">website<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\">The ISS Progress 70 spacecraft is scheduled to lift off at 5:51 p.m. EDT July 9 (3:51 a.m. July 10, local time) from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
