It is one of the most noticeable parts of our body or say face. So let&#8217;s know some of the proper ways of taking care of our mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Using your tooth brush for too long is really not a good idea. After about the use of brush for 200 times you need to change it, why? Because after too way long use of brush it spread all around which can irritate the gums while brushing. So it is very important to change your brush after every three months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Not brushing your teeth for long enough may be disadvantage for the teeth. Brushing your teeth less than a minute does not allow fluoride to react completely with the mouth and the gum. So it is recommended to brush your teeth at least for two minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Rinsing mouth with water after brushing is what everyone does. But even after brushing for enough time you are washing away your half of the fluoride present inside your mouth with water. So after brushing using mouth wash containing fluoride will help in this case.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Well it\u2019s a convenient that most of the people store their toothbrush in their bathroom. But toothbrush stored in your bathroom can actually contain feces. So it will be a wise idea if you store your toothbrush anywhere the clean area but not your bathroom.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Habit of flossing teeth can add extra care to your oral hygiene. It helps to clean the tight space between the teeth and the gap between the teeth and the gums where brush cannot reach. This is a way out technique for the removal of that left parts of the foods that you eat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Cleaning your tongue is one of the very important parts of the oral care. \u00a0Even after brushing not cleaning your tough may leave you with the chances of oral health problems and the bad breath. So take care of your tongue as well after brushing your teeth, cleaning them with brush or tongue scrubber.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The aim of the toothbrush is to clean the teeth, not making them shinier so go for soft or extra soft brush. Gums are very sensitive part and hard brush can irritate then and may cause bleeding too.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Brush your teeth in a circular way but not only straight. This helps you out to clean your teeth in right way.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Brushing teeth more than twice or thrice a day can actually damage your gums. So brushing teeth before and after your bed is enough for a day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The habit of eating and drinking soon after brushing teeth or brushing teeth soon after eating can lead to damage.
