
Kathmandu. Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA) is organizing ‘NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2025’ from 21st to 25th July at Bhrikuti Mandap in Kathmandu.
Speaking at a press conference in Kathmandu today, NAIMA President Ritu Singh Baidya expressed confidence that it will be the largest and most influential automobile exhibition in Nepal. “Five percent of the tickets sold at this year’s NAIMA Mobility Expo will be donated to research and scholarships,” she said.
President Baidya also informed that scholarships will be provided to students in the field of mobility through collaboration between the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology and the Council for Technical Education and Vocational Training.
Speaking at the event, Auto Expo Committee Chief Shirish Kumar Murarka says this time the expo will be held at the Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Center located in the capital, and arrangements have been made for disabled-friendly infrastructure.
He also informed that this time, new technologies and models will be unveiled, from electric vehicles to the latest mobility solutions. It was informed that 15 two-wheelers, 15 four-wheelers, and 5 commercial vehicles will be unveiled at the exhibition.
The main sponsoring organizations—Bishnu Prasad Gyawali, Assistant General Manager of Everest Bank Limited, and Nabhanit Gupta, Chief Executive Officer of National Life Insurance Company Limited—expressed pride in their collaboration with the Expo and pledged to work together in the development of a technology-friendly and sustainable transportation system in the coming days.

According to the organizer, this Expo is sponsored by Everest Bank and National Insurance, has Khalti by IME as the ticketing partner, Mountain Dew as the beverage partner, Himalayan Java as the brewing partner, Pathao as the ride partner, HIK Vision as the surveillance partner, World Link as the connectivity partner, Solti Hotels as the hospitality partner, Frontline Hospital as the medical partner, Ancel as the telecom partner, and Media Space Solutions as the management partner.
Sponsor companies have also made special arrangements for visitors to the exhibition. Ride partner Pathao is offering up to 30 percent discount on rides targeting the exhibition and Bhrikuti Mandap, while medical partner Frontline Hospital will provide emergency and general medical services, including 24-hour ambulance management, at the exhibition site.
Along with this, one outstanding contestant who creates a video related to the Naima Auto Expo and uploads it on social media by 21 Shrawan will be awarded Rs. 1 Lakh. Similarly, the 10 best videos uploaded from Shravan 21 to 25 will each be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000.
On the first day of the exhibition, Anil Keshari Shah will conduct an informative session on “Mobility Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow” from 2 pm to 5 pm. Similarly, the sessions on the other days will feature the presence of skilled and expert personalities from various national and international organizations such as Tribhuvan University, Kathmandu University, the Ministry of Education, the National Planning Commission, the Ministry of Finance, and the Institute of Road Traffic Education of India.
In the program moderated by NAIMA Executive Director Raj Kumar Dulal, Auto Expo Committee member Gairab Sarada gave an inaugural speech, providing information about the expo’s features, goals, and vision.
